Today I went to Best Buy excited and ready to pick up Gears of War. I went over to the games section to ask my new friend Marcus (the employee who I talk to every time I'm there) about it, and he told me that it won't be out until tomorrow. I told him that it's out everywhere else, and he replied that they actually have it in the back but can't stock it until tomorrow. Pretty lame. I spent the rest of the day at work reading reviews of GoW and imagining how awesome it will be. I guess it's for the best that they weren't selling it yet, because while I was there I picked up the exclusive collector's edition of Cars. I had been wanting to see it for a long time, but never got the chance to see it in the theaters. I watched it earlier and it was even better than I imagined. I especially loved the end where they're watching the car versions of other Pixar films, like Toy Car Story, A Bug's Life, and Monster Trucks Inc. If only they had an STi or any rally car in the movie, then it'd be the greatest. So I guess my schedule tomorrow will be pretty busy. Happy hour with the gang after work, Lost after that, then home for hours of GoW and probably Contra. It's gonna be sweet, assuming I'm not dead tired by then (which is pretty likely).

I read about it yesterday, pretty funny. I guess he was trying to test out real bounce physics for DoAX2..

Lets play some GoW coop sometime for the achievements. Only thing is I dunno if you want to play the same scenarios twice, once where you host (using marcus) and the other using dom (and I host).

Yeah, I love Lost, although this season has been pretty confusing and I don't like that they are taking like a 3 month break until they show new episodes. The finale was crazy. I must've missed the beginning of the first episode of this season, because I don't see how any of the current stuff ties into the last season's finale. Maybe I just forgot. I haven't seen Heroes but my friend says it's pretty good. I tried watching Prison Break but couldn't get into it. I guess it's one of those things you have to see from the beginning. My coworkers are all about it though.

Haha, I was gonna ask you the same thing. I probably won't be able to do it until Saturday night or Sunday. I'm down for doing the scenarios twice. Hell, I'll do the whole game twice. Anything for those achievements. Those things are like crack to me. I saw James was playing GoW tonight at the same time I was. Maybe we can do a multiplayer game sometime.
